Marta Kuzma è curatrice e teorica dell’arte contemporanee, nasce negli USA da famiglia Ucraina. Si è laureate in Storia dell’Arte ed Economia Politica dal Barnard College, Columbia Unviersity, NY, e ha completato la sua specializzazione in Estetica e Teoria dell’Arte al Centre for Modern European Philosophy, Middlesex University a Londra. Nel 2004 ha co-curato con Massimliano Gioni Manifesta 5, European Biennial of Contemporary Art, a San Sebastian in Spagna. Da febbraio 2014, Marta Kuzma è vice-Rettore del Royal Institute of Art di Stoccolma. In passato, è stata direttrice dell’Office for Contemporary Art (OCA) a Oslo dal 2006 al 2013, del Washington Project for the Arts (WPA), della Corcoran Gallery of Art a Washington DC, è direttore fondatore del Soros Centre for Contemporary Art di Kiev, del programma internazionale di mostre all’International Center of Photography a New York. Collabora con importanti riviste come Radical Philosophy, Afterall, Artforum, Art Review, Flash Art and Mousse, e prestigione università tra cui l’Unviersità IUAV di Venezia e l’Università Bocconi di Milano.
Marta Kuzma is curator and theorist of contemporary art, she was born in the United States into a Ukrainian family. She graduated in Art History and Political Economics from the Barnard College, Columbia University, NY, and completed her specialisation in Aesthetics and Art Theory at the Centre for Modern European Philosophy, Middlesex University in London. She was co-curator together with M. Gioni of the European Biennial of Contemporary Art, Manifesta 5, in San Sebastian, Spain, in 2004. Since February 2014, Marta Kuzma is Vice-Chancellor of the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm. She was director of the Office for Contemporary Art in Norway (OCA) from 2006 to 2013, and she was artistic director of the Washington Project for the Arts (WPA), the Corcoran Gallery of Art in Washington DC, founding director of the Soros Centre for Contemporary Art in Kiev, director of the international exhibition programme at the International Center of Photography in New York. She has taught in many prestigious institutions and collaborated with publications such as Radical Philosophy, Afterall, Artforum, Art Review, Flash Art and Mousse and with prestigious universities like the IUAV University, Venice and Università Bocconi, Milan.

Stefano Baia Curioni è professore associate al dipartimento di Institutional Analysis and Public Policies dell’Università Bocconi. Dal 1998, dedica la propria ricerca, attività di insegnamento e consulenza al tema dello sviluppo storico delle culture e del sistema dell’arte, delle istituzioni e delle pratiche artistiche. Nel 2012 ha pubblicato “Mercanti dell’Opera,” un libro sul sistema della musica operatica in Italia nel XIX secolo. È tra i fondatori del Centro di Ricerca ASK, di cui è stato anche direttore (2004-2008). È stato anche direttore di ACME Ms della Bocconi Graduate School (2004-2012). È parte dei board di istituzioni culturali (Piccolo Teatro, Fondazione Antonio Ratti) e visiting professor in politiche culturali presso IMT Institute a Lucca per il programma di PhD in Heritage Management and Development.
Stefano Baia Curioni is associate professor at the dept. of Institutional Analysis and public policies. Since 1998, he has dedicated his research, teaching and consulting activities to the theme of the historical development of cultures and arts systems, institutions and practices. In 2012 he published Mercanti dell’Opera, a book on the operatic music system during XIX century in Italy. He is one of the founders and served as director of ASK Research Center of Bocconi University (2004-2009) and as director of ACME Ms of Bocconi Graduate School (2004-2012). He is board member of various cultural institutions (Piccolo Teatro, Fondazione Ratti) and visiting professor of cultural policies at IMT Institute in Lucca for the Phd in Heritage Management and Development.
